Maple syrup beer 33cl

A bock-style beer with added maple syrup in first fermentation to enhance its flavors and scents.

Red color with auburn highlights, on the nose the sweetness of the malt and its notes of cookie, caramel and wheat merge with the maple syrup generating an enveloping complexity.
In the mouth the sweet notes return, diluted, however, by the dry finish that ensures an easier drinking experience.

Alcohol content 6.0%.
