In order to better accommodate your requirements, Alpes is adding the choice of 200g jars to our Discover the Taste of Italy series. We designed the series to be flexible so it may meet a wide range of needs.
We offer the gift package, which contains three 300g jars with regional themes. Also, should you choose to order the product without the gift packaging, there are 30 varieties available individually in 200g and 300g jars. Please see one sample below.

The taste of Calabria
Start your Italian culinary journey with the sweet Tropea onion in fine wine vinegar. These famous deep red delicacies hale from the southern Calabria region and are quite sought after in Europe during the harvest season.
Although you might be able to cultivate this petite size onion anywhere, it will never have the true Tropean taste unless it grows in its native Mediterranean soil heated by the year round warm climate. Another unique property of this onion is its low level of the enzyme responsible for tears. Add a touch of pizzazz by using these onions with salads, sandwiches or as a meat accompaniment.
Alpes’ archives revealed
In 1970, at the Roman Campidoglio, Prime Minister Andreotti presented Alpes with an international award, the Golden Hercules.
The Ercole d’oro can be compared to the Academy Award of business. It signifies recognition of the superior production, business and spirit of cooperation demonstrated in regards to the distribution sector.
