As the holidays approach, I wish to extend my very best wishes to you and your family.
May you enjoy your time catching up with relatives and friends, as well as taking in the beauty of the season. I look forward to working with you in 2010.
Alpes in numbers
2009 proved to be a challenge thanks to the mercurial global economy. However, with perseverance and hard work, Alpes stayed straight on course and attained many ambitious goals. Here are a few I’d like to share:
-Our catalog increased in size thanks to nine new added specialties.
-While there was an increase in the number of specialties, there was not an increase in our price list.
-We know time is an ever present demand and with this in mind we improved our delivery process and shipped orders within an average of 3 days from date of order.
-Of course, shipping can’t happen if the shelves aren’t properly stocked and Alpes’ Morbegno warehouse consistently kept 85% of our specialties on hand this year.
-Lastly, none of these goals would be possible without the fine work every Alpes’ employee dedicates daily to their job. Each person takes pride in what they do so you may rely on fine, Italian food specialties coming your way.
2010
As we finish up this year’s deadlines, we look forward to next year.
New services, new products and new package designs are well on their way from conception to completion.
Everything is almost ready so stay tuned to see how we will serve you even better in 2010.
