2009 proved to be a challenge thanks to the mercurial global economy. However, with perseverance and hard work, Alpes stayed straight on course and attained many ambitious goals. Here are a few I’d like to share:
-Our catalog increased in size thanks to nine new added specialties.
-While there was an increase in the number of specialties, there was not an increase in our price list.
-We know time is an ever present demand and with this in mind we improved our delivery process and shipped orders within an average of 3 days from date of order.
-Of course, shipping can’t happen if the shelves aren’t properly stocked and Alpes’ Morbegno warehouse consistently kept 85% of our specialties on hand this year.
-Lastly, none of these goals would be possible without the fine work every Alpes’ employee dedicates daily to their job. Each person takes pride in what they do so you may rely on fine, Italian food specialties coming your way.
