The mushrooms "black head" are the most valuable among the mushrooms anddefined by the name "Boletus pinicola. Characterized by the typical scent ofmushrooms, but the flavor is more intense and determined.
Grows from June to November, preferably in mixed forests of conifers andhardwoods.
Prepared with traditional recipes and carefully packed by hand are ideal as a starter or in combination with meats and cheeses.
