Grilled vegetables

Sunny Lazio provides this mix of grilled vegetables. Red and yellow peppers, zucchini and eggplant are carefully selected and picked at their peak of ripeness. They are then cut by hand, grilled over charcoal and packed in fine Italian olive oil. Use them to add pizzazz to panini or enhance a simple pizza margherita.
